Jeci will be at RPLL 2026 on Tuesday 12 May 2026, from 9am to 6pm, at the Palais de la Bourse in Lyon. On the programme: demonstrations of Pristy 26.0, two hands-on workshops and discussions on free DMS for local authorities and public organisations.
Pristy 26.0: what we have in store for 2026
This year, Pristy is evolving around a central idea: the document as a living object, at the heart of everyday workflows.
Among the new features we will be presenting:
- Configurable filing plans per space — to adapt document organisation to business contexts without calling overall governance into question
- User views — to save searches and quickly find relevant information
- Direct editing of text content and Markdown notes — opening the way for knowledge bases integrated into your DMS

Jeci has been a member of April since 2021 and of PLOSS-RA since 2024. RPLL is for us far more than a trade show: it is the community in which we operate and to which we contribute.

What is Pristy?
Pristy is an online open source software suite. The suite offers document management system (DMS) tools integrating the Collabora Online office suite. It is available hosted at OVH or on your own servers (on-premises).
